Ten "Dos" for Writers

Well, one or two are "don'ts"...

1- Don't make excuses about not writing

2 - Learn something new everyday about the publishing industry

3 - Read widely and often in your chosen genre

4 - Never ever submit a first draft

5 - Submit professionally

6 - Join the community

7 - Be professional

8 - Put readers first

9 - Market and promote

10 - No "high-maintenance" writers
