Welcome to the blog of Ginger Howard, author of two books for children. This blog is all about writing and illustrating books - and provides information on good books to read as well. You will find information on my books, tips for writing, and lots of info, resources and links for new writers and illustrators.
I love to write, teach, and make photographs. I have published two picture books for children: William's House (illustrated by Larry Day), and A Basket of Bangles (illustrated by Cheryl Kirk Noll). I attended six elementary schools in three states (Tennessee, Virginia, and Ohio) and two foreign countries (Colombia and Uruguay). I have taught K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th grades at six schools in three states (Ohio, California, and Idaho). I love schools and libraries and writing stories so much that visiting schools and libraries and writing stories are still my favorite things to do! I currently divide my time between San Francisco, California and Driggs, Idaho.
